Subscription Policy
1. About continuing courses
The service agreement will remain in place and will continue until the user changes, suspends, or cancels the contract content in a manner specified by our company.
If you change, suspend, or cancel your contract, that information will be retained and reflected in your next or subsequent orders.
You can change, suspend, or cancel your contract at any time from your My Page (※).

Any changes, suspensions, or cancellations to your contract will be reflected up to one day (※) before your next settlement date.
*If you cancel within one day of your next payment date, the change will be reflected in your next delivery.
There are no restrictions on the number of continuations or cancellation fees.
If you have difficulty making changes, suspending, or cancelling your subscription, we may be able to handle the procedures for you, so please feel free to contact us.
2. Quantity
Deliveries will be made periodically based on the selected product, quantity and delivery frequency.
3. Sales price
You will be charged the price (※) based on the product and quantity selected.
*However, if you use a coupon code, the price will be the price before the coupon code is applied.
4. Timing and method of payment
We will store your payment details when you place an order and will automatically charge you for each subsequent shipment.
Your order will be confirmed and payment will be processed 2-5 days (depending on your region) before the delivery date.
If the user suspends or cancels the service using the method specified by our company before the order is confirmed, the fee will not be charged automatically.
5. Timing of delivery and provision
Your next order date will be calculated based on your selected delivery frequency from your last order date.
6. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Page(※).

*We also provide skip and pause functions for easy resumption.
If you have difficulty canceling your contract, we may be able to handle the process for you, so please feel free to contact us.
7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If the product is defective or faulty, we will replace it at our own risk.
(Only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product)
8. When products are out of stock
Please note that if an item is out of stock, your order will be shipped once all items in the order are in stock.
